• Restored and expanded the historic residence at 214 Third Avenue South

• Restoring current 1866 residence on Lewisburg Avenue

Completed Initiatives
• Down-zoned properties on Second Avenue South to protect residences from commercial pressure
• Added condition to High Residential (HR) zones to prevent encroachment into neighborhoods by institutional uses such as churches and schools
• Placed Historic Zoning Overlays on Hincheyville and on the Franklin Road Corridor inside Mack Hatcher

Ongoing Revitalization Initiatives
• Monitoring the ongoing effort to restore the Franklin Theatre on Main Street
